SHIPPING TIMELINE
Postal shipping (small ? medium size items):
Orders usually take 10-15 days after your payment has been received and confirmed by our Bank.
Sea freight shipping (large items):
Orders usually take 4-6 weeks after your payment has been received and confirmed by our Bank.
Some specific items might take longer to arrive at destination. It depends on different factors such as:
- availability of the product
- fragile items
- manufacturing process, etc?
Once your product is shipped, ExportSiam will send you by email the necessary documents postal receipt and / or shipping tracking numbers info. This will confirm the goods have been shipped to its destination.
SHIPPING COST CALCULATION
All your orders of small-medium sizes are sent by post and by sea for larger items such as Sand stones products.
For large items, we are using world wide carriers. But of course the availability of carrier services varies by the destination.
Air freight cost and normal shipping cost are calculated using the dimensional / weight method. After calculation is done, we?ll send you the total cost of shipping including cost of item (s) ordered by email for your perusal and confirmation.

Choosing your own carrier
For shipments via our carriers, ExportSiam will arrange the required import documents in advance of shipment, at no extra cost. If we send a shipment via your specified carrier, we will arrange the required documents with your carrier, but you will be responsible for all non-government charges (usually, your carrier's document service charges). Also, if we send a shipment via your specified carrier, it will be your responsibility to arrange for clearing formalities with your carrier on the destination side.
